Karl has worked in chief information and transformation officer roles for over two decades, across retail, retail financial services, manufacturing and healthcare sectors. Karl has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead and drive transformative change initiatives. His career highlights include successfully managing the design and delivery of large-scale software technologies, orchestrating complex organisational changes and spearheading high-impact business process improvements – whilst meeting stringent budget and timeline constraints. As well as being a a technology and transformation leader at PortmanDentex, Karl is also a sponsor for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
